Michel’s goes pink!

For every Pink Ribbon cupcake bought at Michel’s Patisserie during the month of October 30 cents will go to the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
Owner Antony Beagley says the Michel’s fundraiser is happening in all New Zealand and Australian stores.
“Last year Australia sold approx 170,000 cupcakes and this year their aim is 200,000. Here in New Zealand, we’ll be trying to do our bit too.”
Antony says he will be decorating the 296 Broadway cafe (opposite Morrow Street) out in pink in an effort to win the best dressed franchise across New Zealand and Australia. As well, he wants to sell the most amount of Pink Ribbon’ cupcakes in NZ.
Newmarket businesses can order the cupcakes and have them delivered by calling Michel’s on 522-2811.
