Kumeshi Selvaratnam began her career in Commercial Real Estate with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1994 in Colombo where she marketed the World Trade Centre, a Twin Tower 40 storey office and retail development containing 750,000 sqft of prime office and retail space.

Since moving to New Zealand however Kumeshi has worked in the Banking Industry. Her previous role before rejoining Jones Lang LaSalle was as a Business Consultant for Westpac Business Banking based in Newmarket, where she managed a portfolio of over $50 million in assets and liabilities.

With over a decade of financial services and banking experience, she is particularly familiar with the business needs of Newmarket, Parnell, Remuera and the CBD area.

Given her rich experience and her philosophy of contributing to sustainable business, she is keen to bring her commercial acumen to assist businesses find the right location that would aid in their business goals.     

Kumeshi has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Post Graduate studies in Finance from the University of Auckland.

Ed has over 20 years experience in the retail sector and has owned and operated a retail based company in the Auckland district from the early 1980's through to 1999.

Through that period Ed has built a close allegiance with other retailers in the Auckland district and local Businessman's Association and retail associations.

Prior to Bayleys Ed had been associated with the formation of Body Corporates from Lessee's associated with leasehold land. From there Ed specialised in the purchase of the leasehold portfolios and the divestment of the land to the Lessee's.

Since joining Bayleys Ed has specialised in Retail Leasing and Sales, where he has been able to combine his retail knowledge and leasing knowledge to good effect.

Ed has been successful in focusing on "New Retail Project " which has culminated in Ed beig awarded the Top Retail Salesperson for 2004, 2005 and 2006.
